Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Runi Cam app for iPhone (“the app”), published by Mehmet Ali Ergin (“we”), Istanbul, Türkiye. By installing or using the app you agree to them. The app is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two differ, these terms add to it rather than replace it.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its effects.
Your content
Photos and videos you create with the app are yours. We claim no rights to them and never see them. You are responsible for what you shoot and share.
Free features and Runi Pro
The app is free to download. A set of looks, and video recording up to 30 seconds, are available without payment. Runi Pro unlocks every look and removes the video limit. Runi Pro is offered as:
- Yearly subscription – billed once a year through your Apple ID. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial; the subscription starts, and payment is taken, when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. It renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime – a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID, with no renewal.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using “Restore Purchases” in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
Changes to the app
Looks may be added, adjusted or removed in updates. We may also change prices for new purchases; existing subscriptions keep their price until Apple notifies you otherwise.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be free of errors or available at all times. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including lost photos or videos. Please save anything important to your Photos library.
Trademarks
Look names in the app are descriptive and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any film or camera manufacturer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
